We get asked a lot of questions about our services and processes, so we’ve put together some of the most frequently asked questions our customers ask to give you more information. Don’t hesitate to call us with any additional questions or concerns you have!

Cleaning will take about one hour per 300 cleanable square feet, although this can vary depending on material and space.
Modern carpet materials are mostly resistant to water, but no matter how old or what material, our state of the art system leaves carpets only slightly damp. They will quickly dry with no damage.
We can move furniture such as couches, coffee tables, chairs, most dining tables, etc. For extra heavy or delicate furniture, such as china cabinets or large bureaus, we may require additional time, labor, and costs. However, we will NEVER begin any work that requires additional costs without your consent.
Our quick-drying method makes many carpets ready to walk on in 1-2 hours. Test it out by walking on your carpet with white socks (to protect against potential dye leaking from colored socks if your carpet is still not dry).
We do our absolute best to remove any stains or spots on your carpet, upholstery, tile, or hardwood. Most stains will come out. However, some dyes can be particularly difficult to remove, particularly red dyes. Our technicians will discuss any stains or spots with you before cleaning.
We recommend you have your carpets professionally cleaned once every 12-16 months. For highly trafficked areas, we recommend every 9-12 months.
Our regularly-used products are already safe for your family and pets! For a truly “green” clean, we also offer products that use organic ingredients and are highly environmentally-friendly.
Yes, we will call you the day before your scheduled appointment as a reminder and to confirm that you still want the appointment.
No, travel is already included in our prices. However, if you live outside of our large service area, there may be an additional charge. You can call us if you believe you may be out of our service area.
We ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance if possible. We often have customers calling in need of immediate services, so don’t worry about cancelling. Just give us as much notice possible, and we will take care of your cancellation.
