A minimum $150.00 applies to all orders. Some spots such as red or heavy urine will incur an extra charge. Combination rooms (for example living/dining areas) are counted as 2 rooms. Prices are subject to change. One area equals up to 200 square feet; areas exceeding 200 square feet will be priced as additional areas. Baths, staircases, halls and walk-in closets are priced separately. Area rugs are priced separately.
